Easy Cherry Slice


125gr melted margarine

3/4 cup coconut

125gr chopped glazed cherries

1 cup Self raising flour

1 tsp vanilla

dark chocolate

Mix all dry ingredients + vanilla together and add melted margarine and mix well. Press into a greased baking paper lined tin and bake for 10-15 min at 190C
Let it cool, then drizzle some melted dark chocolate over the top and allow to set in the fridge.
Cut into squares

This is very yummy, must make it for the lunchboxes. Yikes school hols are nearly over!
