prep time: 15 min
- 1 large Cob Loaf
- 2x 250g frozen spinach
- 1x 30g packet Spring Vegetable soup mix (dry)
- 1 cup mayonaise
- 1 cup light Sour Cream
- 4 spring onions
- 1x 190g can water chestnuts, sliced
- Hollow out cob laof and cut bread into 3cm pieces
- Mix all the ingredients together (prefably the day before)
- Place mixture into laof and serve with the bread.
I like to cut some extra bread as it never seems to last!
And the best thing, no dish to wash after the dip is finished!!
